What is Holotropic Breathwork
Holotropic breathwork is a simple breathing technique that is used to harness the healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness.
This extraordinary process revolves around the consciousness research of Stanislav Grof who found that the experience of non-ordinary states of consciousness can lead to powerful life changing experiences.
While Holotropic Breathwork is not a therapeutic technique it can have therapeutic benefits. Breathwork sessions may lead to the healing of emotional or physical trauma, reduce the symptoms of depression as well as assist in the treatment of anxiety, phobias and more.
Holotropic breathwork can also be used as a tool for self exploration and self expression and participants often describe a deeper sense of connection as a result of experiencing Holotropic Breathwork.
Workshop and small group sessions available
Holotropic breathwork can be experienced in group or one on one settings. Sessions run from 2 to 3 hours and involve preparation, breathwork as well as integration processes. Anthony is a certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitator and has been working personally with Holotropic breathwork for 19 years.
Holotropic Breathwork Groups
Holotropic breathwork sessions in groups are held regularly throughout the year. Workshops are held in small groups and include 12-16 participants. They consist of a Friday evening opening circle and two breathwork sessions on the following Saturday.
